Diversified Realty Ventures LLC

I was approached to craft a brand taking into consideration all their diverse properties. Inspiration for this project came while walking around Philadelphia and seeing some of the old street signs. The goal of this project was to create a mark & brand system that had elements of the city but lent itself to growth outside the Philadelphia Housing Market. An additional goal was to create a sub logo system for each property that connected them all back to the parent company of DRV LLC.

DVR LLC is a development company based out of Philadelphia. They develop properties in conjunction with other development firms in Philadelphia. Preserving the history of the neighborhoods they develop in is a major concern for the company. When developing their branding this idea was always at the forefront.

Diversified Realty Ventures LLC is a micro-managed real estate company focused on the communities it builds in. Progression is a great thing but, the culture and pride that comes with a community is something even greater. We work with the community to preserve what makes them unique while revitalizing and uplifting them into the 21st century.
